The state of the art in cherry quality selection
The Cherry Vision 3.0 technology, developed by UNITEC Research and Development department, is defined as the "state of the art in cherry quality selection". Using this technology which functions as a smart and fully automatic mechanism equipped with high-resolution cameras that scan the entire surface area of the cherry, we are able to classify cherries with unprecedented precisions in terms of outer quality, softness, size, color, and consistency. Thanks to Cherry Vision 3.0, we can ensure homogeneous quality in every package.
