Tekfen Agri creates an added-value for our economy by providing disease free and fertile seed potatoes to producers. The purpose of the company is to increase the income of the producers and to reduce foreign dependency by providing supply safety for seeds, and thus to become a leader company in Turkey in its sector. In order to reach its purpose, the company prefers the most effective and modern method, the tissue culture method.
Tekfen Agri utilizes disease free and super elite mini tubers cultivated through tissue culture method as a starting material for certified seed potatoes cultivation. These mini tubers are cultivated in Company’s own biotechnology laboratory and controlled greenhouses.
